The Broccoli salad can be eaten alone or as a side. This salad is very light and It is very simple to make. I enjoy eating it with a tuna sandwich
1 cup broccoli
2 tablespoons green onions
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
2 tablespoons vegenaise (vegan mayonnaise, you can sub it for regular)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch granulated garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sunflower seed
In a bowl add the broccoli, dried cranberries, green onions, and sunflower seed. In another bowl add the
Vegeaise, salt ,pepper, granulated garlic, lemon juice, and mix till all ingredients are incorporated. Then
pour the Vegenaise mix into the other bowl and mix it all together.
